Our certified opticians inspect the quality of every eyeglasses frame and prescription during production. Additionally, a master quality control inspector will then sign off on every order prior to shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with your online eyeglasses purchase for any reason you may return them to us for exchange or refund.

All returns should be made within 7 days of receiving them. Please send the return by a trackable delivery method with case and cloth included. Shipping costs are not refundable.
